This happened at Big bazar wilson garden near BMTC bus stand. We went there for purchasing since there is convenient car parking.
After making the purchase at first floor we came to ground floor and started having some eatables. Just when we were about to finish eating a security guard came there and insisted us to show the bills for the items we were eating. we asked him to check at the delivery counter.
The lady at the delivery counter said that we have paid the money and taken the things but he still insisted us to show the bill for the eatables which was not given.
This is when we started shouting at him and then the section manager came there and realized what had happened and asked us to be cool and said security guard is not aware as to what to check and asked us to forget this incident.
For readers information all the eatables are kept in glass container and are given after paying the money. section manager did not even apologies for this mistake. After we complained at the main entrance did the manager at the entrance apologised. If this can happen to family like us imagine fate of other persons.
I don’t feel like shopping anymore at Big bazar. **If any of the responsible big bazar person want to check authenticity of this please check the computer entries at the eatable counter dated 21.2.09 between 6.16 pm and 7.30 pm . items purchased were puff (1no.) , paneer veg roll (2 nos.), cakes (2 nos.) and cold coffee (2 nos.)
