This has reference to my home delivery slip no. 767 dated 30 August 2008 from Big Bazaar, 1/2, Salarpuria Nova, Nagawara Palya, Varhur Road, Old Madras Road Bangalore, Bangalore 560 016.
The promised delivery date of the following furniture and accessories was 9 September 2008: 1. Dreamline matress 600064772 2. Victory Queen Bed 600323219 3. Victory night stand 600323471 After repeat calls to the Furniture section over the period from 9 September to 14 September, they agreed to deliver the above furniture on 14 September 2008 between 4pm and 5pm.
Due to stock outage, they said they will be delivering the furniture pieces displayed in the Big Bazaar showroom. They further agreed to give me a written undertaking that these showroom pieces will be replaced with new furniture pieces, the moment they receive fresh stock.
