On 2 January 2010, I placed order with this mall for Manza shoe rack. The staff who took the "Gift Coupons" from me of Rs.5000/- explained that the processing will take 10 days, and if cash was paid, it would be just 2-3 days. As I had exhaust the coupons and was not in hurry, I agreed, and the date of delivery was promised on 10 January. There were no signs of sending the product at all, and till 14 January I spent more that Rs.50/- calling those morons.
All the time those buggers said it would take just one or two more days. They had another offer around 17 January that a bean bag would be given freely on the purchase of the same product. So, I naturally called them and asked for it. The idiot staff there told that they will have to cancel the current order and place a fresh order which will take another 20 days to be delivered. I blasted them and said that they have used my money for longer time than those who would be paying on that period. The manager was convinced of my case and assured that the bean bag will also be given. On this occasion, the managers and other staff also argued that cash/coupon payment does not make difference, and there by implying that I am liar. Such shameless officials and staff are there at the Big Bazar. The entire Future Group is a gang of thugs and bugs who suck the people money shamelessly and endlessly.
Finally, on 19th they delivered only the furniture and said that bean bag will be delivered later. Note that the people who delivered did not set-up the furniture. Another round of calls later they sent one man on 21 January who set up the shoe rack. Again, the staff and executives assured that the bean bag will be sent in two days.
One of their staff also said that since the value of bean bag is less it will be delayed further. I told them since I had a car and was in their vicinity, I would rather pick up myself. The staff agreed to this and asked me to come over there. This was on 30 January. When I reached their desk, they asked me to wait for two minutes. This two minutes later became 20 minutes, and finally the manager says that they will send after two days as they don’t have approval from his boss. The morons at Big Bazar are such liars that they will stoop to any dirty level. After all what was the need to ask me to pick up the bean bag if they had not the approval.
To conclude, its not Big Bazar, its Big Chor Bazar. I strongly recommend that avoid all the franchises of Future Group, be it Big Bazar, E-zone, Centrals, or Brand Factory, or Staples. Its just full of thugs. Thanks for the reading.
