We are the customer of big bazaar since six years. At the beginning when we use to buy in big bazaar the products were very good and their support was also very good. But their service is going down as the popularity is increasing. We always purchase monthly grocery items, most of the necessity items in big bazaar. Most of the items are always not available and their products are not up to the mark .Earlier when we use to go we would get all the items that we wanted now half also we don’t get and their price is also costly than compare to our local shops. First thing most of the items are not at all available in food bazaar. In clothing section at least the price is less but because of budget now a days I have stopped going to that section. Earlier their home delivery was very quick the items would come the next day. But now they take 4-5 days to deliver of the items purchased . Its better they take care of all the food products availability at least to maintain their popularity.
