I purchased 1 dining table with glass top (7999/-) and 2 Bean bags(999/- each) sometime around last August when Mega sale was going on. They promised delivery within 7 days time. but they delivered it much later than the time they promised.
That too after the repeated phone calls I made. The real agony started within few months.The quality was very bad.Within 1 weeks time one bean bag tore. When I complained they asked me tocome with the Bill . I wasn’t given any guarantee card or anything of that sort..The usual bill was given and I lost it as I did not know thats the proof for complaints.And in next 2 months other bean bag too tore.
Tearing in the sense not simple. everywhere the stitches have come out..Dining table chairs are shaking. All the screws are coming out. It is the worst quality I have ever seen. I have been cheated by Big bazar in BIG way.Their products are bad, customer support is bad and service is bad. please don’t get cheated by BIG BAZAR in the name of sale
