Now for our experience.
We bought a quilt from Big Bazaar Noida(GIP mall). We had some problems with the same(the lint was sticking to our clothes). We took it to Big Bazaar with the bill(within 15 days) and explained to them. They inspected the quilt, agreed to exchange and we bought another quilt. I do not remember now whether they were agreeable to cash refund. However, they were very professional about it. No haggle, no arguments, no hassle. Very courteous service. Hey! Is it India?
