I am a regular visitor at bigbazaar Saltlake for past 4 yrs. The Old staffs know me very well for being a regular visitor. The profit club card is a real bonus if you are a regular visitor there. The range of items available is awesome there. However the garment section is not of very good quality, its ideal for regular use. You need to be a bit carefull while buying edible items like OILS, JAMS, OATS, CORNFLAKES as there are so many brands available. Trust the brand that you already know. Sometimes the prices are so I catchy that you might compromise on quality.
The Home delivery needs to improve a lot. As I avail home delivery, sometimes I receive punctured packets(rice, wheet, maida), any cardboard packaging are deformed.
