I went to day in Krishnanagar big bazar along with my family in the afternoon to have some grocery shopping so I parked the car in Big Bazar parking lot and they gave me a token mentioning their time and vehicle number so without checking anything I just put it inside my purse and went to 1st floor of big bazar. We also spend not more or less 1 hour after completing our shopping I went down to the parking lot along with the shopping stuffs and putted inside the car mean while the parking lots boys came and asked me a token so I gave them knowing that my bill was above 4000Rs so I don’t need to pay any parking fee
As big bazar have policy that if u have bike and you shop more then 500Rs then they won’t charge you the Parkin fee and if u have car then it should be 1000Rs and above so with all confident I was about to take a sit it the car mean while they boy asked me to pay 60Rs as parking fee for 2hour because I have spend more or less 1Hour
And I started argued with them and without steching any longer I just throw the money on their face and went off from their because they all are using slangs an all
I felt bit unsafe and their this how big bazar giving service to their customers
It really disappointing service from big bazar
