Before I explain my story , CAUTION: Never ever buy any home deliverable at BigBazaar, Thumb rule is, Pay only If you get it right away.
I don’t usually buy any expensive products at Bigbazr, but this time I thougt ’Give it a try’. I showed my interest in buying LG front load momentarily impressed by all the crap put up by that sales boy. Then followed grins, fake promises, stilted and unnatural courtesies, and my 20 k money transfer. My day ended with that dumb head’s faking promise to deliver the following day.
Days counted. 1, 2, 3 ... No one responds! Man who to follow up? With some efforts, got hold of some dumb head who calls himself a manager. More days counted 4, 5, ....and my trouma is proportional... Temped to even file a credit card abuse.. then I thgt ’Lets wait’.. This other side of me would dump me in grimpen mire.. then 6, 7 ...
They would even reject my incessant calls and If I was lucky to get in line!!!! blame shifts to LG. They wud talk all yuk about LG and thier latency!!!. Little more effors, got this guy’s mgr , another sod head who shows up occasionally to solace me with 3rd degree pep talk.. Then I gave up cursing my self with my busy schedule.. then came a day of enlightenment, , they called me to deliver it and they did.. Wooa!!! but booo!!!!.. they came, dropped and left!!! ’What that heck?’ I said, No demo person, no accessories and to my horror I even found soap stains inside that front load..... Thats a demo piece !!!!!
