I am a regular buyer from Big Bazar and have been buying from it for the past year or so.However, for the past two months, I have seen the quality detoriating . usually purchase from BIG Bazar at EDM in Ghaziabad.The 250 Gms tea packet had a cut in it.The shorts I bought are torn at seams and the mosquito coil is in so many small pieces that I can not count.Unfortuantely, I did not check on any of the products in the shop and came to know about it only after reaching home.It’s sad top see that such a big retail outlet is loosing its grip on quality control.Besides, they do not have a customer service cell to put the grievances.One toll free number customer service cell would have helped, but seems that Big Bazar is not about after sales service.It’s like sell it and forget it.Who cares if the goods are wrong.Their job is done.Anyways, I have now decided to change stores from next months shopping onwards.
