Like other business tactics-ks Big Bazar also uses same.
I remembered when Big Bazar chain was just started, they really provide all goods on a very reasonable price.
But when they got confidence, that they had a sufficient regular customer, they quickly change their color.
Now Big Bazar is not for a conman man, cost of all goods are beyond reasonable. A specific higher middle class and higher class are now the customer, who does not care about the price, who wants only standard environment.
Hence middle class and a people dont want to be a fool and wants real value for there money attracts towards D-Mart.
There are so many malls are going to open, in this competition definitely they have to provide reasonable cost with standard environment, and this will wash out malls like Big Bazar, or make them to change policies that make people fool.
I personally dont suggest Big Bazar for a person who really wants value to their money, or dont want to be looted. Their are many other options available now a days, on single roof or on a single street.
