I love to shop at big bazaar because of variety of stuff available at one place.
But as it is gaining popularity, more people are comming for shoping, this causes choking of enterance and exists of store as well as long ques in billing counters.
There is no crowd management at all.
On wednesday it becomes very difficult even to roam around inside big bazaar.
I would suggest people to visit as early in day time and avoid going after 5 pm.
The other issue is availablity of product, stocks comes and sold out very quickly, many times I did’t get what I want and I have to compromise with the substitute.
Inventory management is not effective.
If both these issues are addresses by big bazaar then it have the potential to be the best retail store of india
