hey guys I dont want to share order id due to my some personal issues. but I do wanted to share the experience I had with them. and heres my honest review. however bigc is one of the largest mobile store in india. so I have orderd my phone in this pandemic covid time to continue my online studies. I have never heard a bad name of it from my friends coleauges and my cousins. so I have ordered by trusting them. But I have lost that trust in this brand and their poor servicing.
because of covid I kept it away for few days and found another phone realme 6.
When I raised my complaint they said nothing can be done since it has crossed the time limit it must be raised request immefiately after delivery within one day.
Tell me one thing
A.in this covid situation everyone is keepimg profucts away for some days then using the same.
But as per their rules complaint should be raised within time.if anything happens and someone gets infected will bigc take responsibilty?
B.I have paid the full price of my phone and that is 16000 and the phone they gave me is 13000 and when I called coustomer care they said noyhing can be done and I told them atleast give me another phone of this exchange they took it and they were saying they will take for 12000 I was stunned I totally got loss of 4000 then what I raised my voice and I started talking with them in an harshed way and at last they gave me my new mobile phone. but what is there service they talks there loyal customer in an non proffesional way is this your service damm wasted.
