I edited my review because when I went to eat in big chill after a month I was shocked to see the drastic increase in prices of everything and the quality of food down. I ordered a quattro formaggi (four cheese pzizza) and when I got it it was one of the ugliest pizza’s I have ever seen. The cheese was totally spread out in an uneven way and worse it was stinking... it was so unappetizing that I had to leave 2 slices and it was a waste of 300(!).
Then came the dessert. I ordered a squidie hoping it was some exotice food but it turned out to be rubbish. It was an upside down choco cupcake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. That was so disgusting what can I say and another 200 down the drain. Add to my woes the inadequate staff doesn’t know that people have to be given water when they first enter and to call them is an even bigger chore.
The most shocking thing was the bill. Sure I know the 12.5% vat is charged.. but what the hell is up with them adding service charge??? Service charge for what? For calling out the waiters 20 times to get water? I think I should have charged them the money. I am never going there ever again. They ripped off 620 rupees which was totally wasted. Go there only if you have a lot of money to burn....
