I’ve worked for dactum solutions a data entry company in jaipur ( Rajasthan) . I’d an contract of 11 months with the company and gave security deposit amount as per agreement of rs. 3400. The company gave me a demo work of data entry which I supposed to complete and submit in within 15 days and I done as per terms and conditions. Now the company giving unnecessary errors of “space” which are not specified at the time of contract and that time I asked them for sample work which they refuse to provide and now terminated my contract. I asked them about these errors which are not specified earlier and they told me to submit work again which they send it for rechecking and supposed to reply me within 2 days( 30.09.2014) , after 3 days I called him and asked for report but he delayed. It had been 10 days now and still they didn’t send any mail about report, I called him many times but he delayed all time. At last when I called him and ask for report or refund my security money and after a long conversation, I told him that forcefully I have to complain in consumer forum after that he said now he will not send report and give amount and talked in unethical way and said “ do whatever you want to” so I want you to please help me to get my money back.
