This film is about Thirty-two-year-old Sonny Koufax (Adam Sandler) who has spent his whole life avoiding responsibility. But when his girlfriend dumps him for an older man, he’s got to find a way to prove he’s ready to grow up. In a desperate last-ditch effort, Sonny adopts five-year-old Julian (Cole/Dylan Sprouse) to impress her. She’s not impressed.... and he can’t return the kid.

Julian is actually one of Sonny’s mates kids just he never knew this. Julian’s mother has died a few days before so Julian can not be sent back to his mother. So Sonny if left with Julian. Sonny does many things to keep Julian amused. Like getting Ran over for instance. Sonny treats him really well and lets him do anything he wants. Julian even makes up his own name ’’Frankenstein’’, he eats ketchup on his own and is just allowed to do anything.

Sonny teaches him many things aswell like tripping up skaters with sticks, peeing in the outside world and the sleeper hold. These are just a few of the funny things which happen during the film. If julian doesn’t get his way he will do anything to get it.

Julian also meets a few people while he is living with Sonny. There is the delivery man who often stays around for a drink or two, but who is also really thick and can’t read or write, there is the homeless man who they meet on the way to McDonalds and of course the women who they pulled in the park. Who later becomes Sonny’s girlfriend.

As with most films with Adam Sandler in this film is just great fun to watch and you can do so, over and over again. It’s a great film to watch in any situation and you are sure to love it. The certificate of this film is 12.

A great overall film I rate it 9/10!
