Its a bullshit crap service of totally unprofessional attitude. You will never know how your account balance got so low. They can start and delete any channel at their own choice. And most of all they dont bother to pick up your call on customer care I have an experience of waiting for more then 1 hour on phone for their customer care.
Having headache by just listening to their stupid tune of reliance customer care again n again. SO MY SUGGESTION IS THAT NEVER BUY RELIANCE BIG TV CONNECTION if you havent decided to commit suicide yet.
