I had Never think about Big TV from 21 nov we made 30 calls to customer care for re allocation but tilldate they have not send to any one for this problem service of the big tv is very very poor and customer care staff -like aakash, vinay, ruhi, aadity and rohini all are useless ther are not able to handle to customer properly, today due to bad service we are taking airtel connection because airtel service is excellent.
I must say guyz if big tv will not improve their service and staff then they will be no more in the market place no body will do business with big tv.thank you
