I have taken BIG TV connection on 30/08/08. It started working on 02/09/08. Worked for a few days and now since 17/09/08 it has not been working. I have been calling the customer care on a daily basis and most of the times service executives cancel my call.
Today being 23/09/08, its been 7 days while their service recovery time is 48 hours. I requested the customer care executive to make me speak with the supervisor/ manager on the floor, and this was obviously denied on all calls. I would really wish to switch to a better service provider and get a refund of my money.
I am really disturbed with the state of service offered by Anil Ambani Group. My latest (as there are multiple now) complaint number is 76430550. Request the readers - Please do give a good thought while choosing this and other products of this company and group. It might seem like a BIG mistake to you as well.
