After Sales service

After the installation being a big headache there are other problems that have started to show. Not sure how to addresss these issues. I Shudder to think that I have to call the helpdesk. The biggest draw back is there is no email support and its frustrating to be on line for more than 5 mints every time to be faced with a agent who do not speak english and do not know wat they do most of the time.


I have been losing colors from the past 2 days during afternoon...all channels are in black and white..do any others expierence the same ? Also during rains the signal is lost for a few seconds...And the movies in the Cinema channel have been running for more than 15 days now and they had stated that it changes every 15 days.


Is anyone else facing the ame issue ? I thought Big tv would be good service but this seems to degrade day by day. Am not sure if I have made a mistake by opting for it.
