This is what I had to write in response to my pain with APPCO agencies and BIGTV.
With great regrets , I have to bring to your notice the following.
On Sunday, 7th of Nov, one Mr Sravan, Representative code : HYBT026-00656, came to my house in the afternoon and disturbing my sleep, convinced me to buy a bigtv dish connection. I succumbed to his sales tricks and gave him a cheque no 581796 drawn on Canara Bank , Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad for Rs 1390. He promised that within 5 working days the connections will be given. Even though I had urgent works, my works were rescheduled to be available in the house for the connection.
Till today i.e the 15th the connection is not given. since 13th Nov, I have been trying to contact this Mr Sravan on his mobile 9959500661. The whole of Sunday he has kept his phone off after he heard my call for the first time. So on 14th I had given a call to you toll free no 18002009001 and gave a complaint about the behavior of Mr sravan, and also requested for the connection to be given fast so that I am not tied down to house for this. They said that positively it would be done yesterday i.e 14th. However it was not over.
Today i.e 15th I have again been trying for sravan and he does not respond. Atlast unable to bear my torture of phone calls he gave the phone to a manager who said it would take two more days. I have requested that I cannot wait for two more days as your commitment was only 5 working days and requested for my advance money i.e Rs 1390 to be paid back to me. I would go for your competitor Sun dish.

I am sure you would get much more patient customers than me to have your irresponsible ways of dealing.
