I am another victim of this rubbish company. The customer support suc*s with no care for customers. I’ve been complaining to them for the past 30 days that I’m not getting any channels and their reply is that they will send the technician in 2 working days.
I have registered my complain 5 times and always get same reply that’service will arrive in 2 days’ Mean while they also charge for their service while I’m not getting any service or channels. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER CONSIDER THEM EVER! DON’T BE A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR.
