I am customer of Reliance Digital TV since 2008.In 2008 I bought normal set top box where my address was my temporary address. In December 2008, I moved to new location. In March 2009, I upgraded my set top box to DVR. In April 2010, I bought new sister DVR connection.In January 2013, there was some problem with one of my set top box and it got replaced.Now there is some problem with other set top box and it needed replacement.
Now when I called your engineers they pass me a stunning statement " Sir, your address is old address". All the transactions done since 2008 are in my new address. how come my address is old address? While purchasing new connection I handed over all the documents to your engineer. I am not sure how there is communication gap. My set top box need replacement since February 2013. No one is visiting my place to change the set top box(Actually I want to downgrade to HD box). I am really surprised by the level of service which has been degraded in past 6 months. I was promoter of Reliance Digital TV since 2008. I promoted your connection to family and friends. But now I am moving to detractor category.
Above the complained I filed with Reliance digital tv and I got response that I need to pay Rs 550 against address change. So I have decided to move on from Reliance digital tv. I believe Reliance Digital TV is one of the most corrupt service provider.
Take my sincere advice..take it seriously.
