Since reliance is a big name I have never expected that it will provide such a poor services to there customers.
When I was shifted to pune by looking at the name ’reliance’ I decided to make it as my tv service provider and trust me guys it was the baddest decision of my life. It has a small varity of channels in every pack. The customer can not select there own channels but they have to look at the list of packs for there favourite channels .
It is too costly as conpared with other dth services. Every time when it rain or small winds blow from the roof there is a connection lost error displaing on the screen.i have changed it and decided to go with set up box. I will not recommend big tv to any one .
