I am from coimbatore (tamil nadu). Got bug tv installed at Rs.2190/- on sept 19th. Lots of channels (neo ckt, neo spt, zee, pogo, etc) were free for 1 month. On oct 14th all these free channels went off-air. Now I wish to recharge certain channels like neo ckt, pogo, etc. Everywhere wherever I enquired there is no minimum recharge.
I want neo ckt for one month (401=40) , but I forced to pay for minimum 6 months (406=240), same thing for other channels which is very unfair. I called their customer care, they are saying fpr recharge pls call local dealers in coimbatore. I feel cheated.
It’s the same for other channels that I try to recharge. Is this the same in all cities or can I buy a recharge card for one month from some other city and apply that to my set-top box?
