If you have big TV dth connection, please be very cautious when you re-charge. They deliberately deduct unnecessary charges (inr 50 - 70 per month) every month and you’ll end-up paying more unknowingly.
They send the sms to notify that your account does not have any balance and normally people do not track when last time he/she has re-charged and how long it should continue. But if you track, you will know that every month they deduct min inr 50 and if they have 2 million customers then inr 10 crore is being accumulated monthly!!!!!
When you try to raise a complain, they play number of tricks.
After listening to the problem guy will say"i have to transfer to retention dept...", you will continue to hear music for next 10 minutes, they take the test of your patience
If you are persistent enough, you will see another guy from retention department will pick up and he will listen and again he will transfer, another test of patience
3rd guy will come in line and he will pretend he does not know anything. Sometime he will say hello...hello and then he will disconnect
Above cycle will repeat for at-least 3-4 times before you can get a complaint number, which is necessary to get refund. Do not be relieved if you get the refund, they will ensure that they deduct more than what they have refunded in next month and probably this time you’ll not notice customer care centre is really lousy. They sometimes are arrogant !!!!
By mistake if you have connection, please be cautious. If you are contemplating to take reliance big tv connection, then please be ready to make your life miserable. No wonder why reliance communications share price has plunged more than 50% in last 6 months.
