I have had consecutive bad experiences with Reliance(FWL, Broadband, Mobile) but despite this, decided to try BiG TV. I Bought a kit from the local store and called Reliance. The call centre told me that someone would come and install the system at my house.
It took one more reminder and more than a week for them to come to my house. After installing the dish at 2 different places, the technicians claimed that there is no signal and it is not possible to install it in my house. I called the call centre and was told that they can not help me. How typical of Reliance!
So I am left with a box that doesn’t even work and is a piece of junk as far as I am concerned. I guess I will stick to my Tata Sky which has been working perfectly well for the last 5 years.
