I bought Big tv 2 weeks before. Within 3 hours , my installaion was done.Installations guys were very co operative.
Video quality is excellent.I am using component cable to connect the set top box to my tv.(you have to buy component cable separately from outside.They only provide RCA cable.Only Big tv provides component output which makes video look much better). Its truly a dvd quality picture.I am amazed.I have seen other dth service but picture quality is incomparable.
I had bought 3990 package and to my surprise , i am getting every channels.During heavy rain, i did lost my signal but it was working fine during light drizzles.I had only one concern.Sometime software was slowing down but it dint affect the service May be you all are facing some installation problem but believe me , once it gets insalled, you’ll be all satisfied.
