The main problem of big basket are the delivery boys.they are a bunch of un trained people, I use to send groceries to my sister using BB who stayed at hostel, the delivery boy always went on the wrong time to what I have mentioned , as she was not present every time , the delivery boy would call and say sir no one is present , the customer support would call and say sir you have opted for the same time , a lie they push mostly because of this thing I suffered much inconvinience , they play cheap tricks , most of the time many items are out of stock . I dont use big basket anymore because of their un professional behaviour
