I have ordered through big basket for some time now. Only 30% of items get delivered. Rest is not available. I can understand that. But how come they don’t refund my money, instead they crediting in BB wallet which can’t be transferred to our bank account as well.
I still have around 2k in wallet. Can’t get any slot to order
They proposed some membership for priority delivery. Which as an idiot I bought it. Waste of money.
