I ordered groceries on 20th October 2015 through Bigbasket website, by mistake given wrong delivery address, there is no option to change the same in website.
Tried contacting the given customer care number given in the website, called almost 10 times, it is not at all reachable.
So, sent almost 3 emails to the customer care immediately, no response at all.
Inspite of the emails, they came to deliver the products only to the old address, not to the new one.
