I was ordering a couple of products from Big Basket.com and I chose to pay the bill online. And there was an error during the process, which resulted to Deduction of amount from my bank account and Order was not even placed. I tried to contact them and the bank. I did not receive any response from any side. I just lost 400 bucks in this process.
I dont know what to do now. And I ordered the same products from Groffers now. Process was Successful and plus I availed a discount too. So Refer Groffers instead of this. Thank You
