Hi friends I am sharing my experience after using bigbasket.com I bought some Fruits and Vegetables from bigbasket.com .The price of the fruits and vegetables are high in comparison to the local market and the quality of the fruits and vegetables is not good they are not fresh. Bigbasket.com charges 30 rupees for delivery. The delivery and customer service of bigbasket.com is good they deliver products on time. The app and website of bigbasket.com is user friendly but I am disappointed with the product quality so I suggest you if you don’t have time to go to the supermarket then you can buy from bigbasket.com but if you want fresh fruits then this is not the right choice. Overall product quality matters.
