I regularly order items from big basket and also from bb now on a daily basis.
They do offer wide variety of items for delivery .
I however have a few issues on customer service . Although they quickly offer reimbursement for the damaged or unsatisfied products the menu option in app required to access the customer service feature is a bit clumsy, I mean its a bit hidden and not readily available,
They dont have similar prices for same products in both bbnow and big basket. The delivery slots though can be changed according to our convenience, I faced certain issues while changing the slots.
Prices for some of the products are very high in comparison to the open market especially the vegetables.
