Today I want to review one of the well known online product delivery chain called big basket.
As this service is not available in my city I was never in buying with big basket but since as for last few weeks I was in ahmedabad I was not known to local markets so I just ordered from big basket I found myself fooled.
Customer service.
They have an pathetic customer service as there is always late reply from their side either you mail them or provide them a feedback it doesn't matter as they are not going to deal with it on time.
Quality and delivery timeliness.
They have almost a normal quality when you order veggies as I ordered only veggies through it so I can say it was not of poor quality but was not also hand picked and very fine and when it comes to delivery its ok as it takes normal time and depends on the location.
App, website and price.
They have a really very nice app with a lot of products in it and every option you need is available there and this is same on the website but this all goes to crap as poor management and maintenance as no response from their side and no update of real market price going on as they show 10 % and 20% off but still those prices are higher than market prices as I remember I ordered potatoes they priced it 29 rupees for 1 kg and it was for 15 rupees in the local market.
Their delivery charge is also not minimal as my biggest complaint is this only that they really charge too much.
