I recently ordered vegetables and juice from Big basket application. The order delivered to me after 4 - 5 days. The vegetables delivered was not fresh, all vegetables which I ordered were dried and the juice which I ordered was leaking from the packet. I call customer service whether to refund my money or replace the product which I ordered. I couldn’t get reply from them. Don’t buy anything from big basket, they are not providing fresh materials. The customer service is not good and the product quality is not fresh.
