I wrote a review today on Pepper tap.com. Out of curiosity I checked the reviews of Big Basket from whom I have been regularly buying for the last 1 year.
I was surprised to find a lot of bad reviews. I can vouch that at least their Bangalore operations are excellent. Besides a versatile range, their delivery, customer interaction and general handling is definitely the best among all grocery on line shops I have dealt with.
They have excellent customer service policies like what you see is what you get. In case they bill an item and it is not delivered they not only refund you the cost but also credit your account with 50% of the value which can be used against future purchases, Wanted to st the record right and give them a rating they deserved.
