Had placed my maiden order yesterday. They have a drop down menu which lets you choose the delivery time. Noone turned up. It had been fixed for 7 to 930 AM today. Around 4 in the evening I get a call asking me where I was and I said was in office and noone was at home. I called their customer care. The person offered to reschedule the delivery to the following day but during the evening only which was again not suitable, whereupon I cancelled the order. I got a message saying the amount had been credited to my BB wallet which is not what I had asked for. I called them again to ask for a refund to my credit card from which the payment had been made. The person answering my call this time was unapologetic and rude.
Bad experience.
