I have two suggestion for bigbasket
Cancellation of order need to be done online rather calling the call center or sending an email. May be they can have cut off time for it.
In online, I am not able to see free or complimentary product provided for each product which cause inconvenient for customer to decide whether product need to brought or not.
Other than these suggestion I am good with Big basket they provide better services to customer when compare to the other competitors
