I also had a bad and good experience with big basket.com, in this weeked with BigBasket Same problem like delivery. we were supposed to take delivery in the evening but didn’t and then ended up delivering the next morning. On top of that most items not deliver. Fortunately, they did both refund the amount plus returned some of percentage of the undelivered value into my wallet. I think they are unable to keep up with demand — hopefully the situation will improve soon.
