I have order several times from big basket and I dont have any complain about it accept one that is they do not provide any carry bag to you and you have to carry your items to your own bags.
But in terms of quality products big basket is one of the best online store which I should prefer but in few areas many customers have only one complain that there is no one day delivery.
Which may makes some customers unhappy so I thing they should improve this and make 1 day delivery.
Overall If I recommend you to buy things from big basket as they are providing items with some discount and many other offers
