Bigbasket

I was an early adopter of online grocery sites. Though I was a fan of LocalBanya, I had to start using Bigbasket more after LB shut down last year.

Pros:

1. Product-wise, they have a good line up.

   
   




2. Good buy-one, get-one free offers.

   
   




3. Good offers on staples like rice, oil etc.

   
   

Cons:

1. Cart size of 1000 for free delivery

   
   




2. Freebies are not usually dispatched with the product.

   
   




3. Customer service is not responsive

   
   




4. Non-veg items had to be returned on many occasions since they were not refrigerated in transit

   
   




5. No Card-on-Delivery. Only Cash or online payment
