I was an early adopter of online grocery sites. Though I was a fan of LocalBanya, I had to start using Bigbasket more after LB shut down last year.
Pros:
Product-wise, they have a good line up.
Good buy-one, get-one free offers.
Good offers on staples like rice, oil etc.
Cons:
Cart size of 1000 for free delivery
Freebies are not usually dispatched with the product.
Customer service is not responsive
Non-veg items had to be returned on many occasions since they were not refrigerated in transit
No Card-on-Delivery. Only Cash or online payment
