I have shopped about 3-4 times on big basket.com and really like the convenience of online grocery shopping. Saves time and money. Also when it comes to quality of dry groceries like dals etc, the quality is really good. But, the quality of fresh items are not upto the mark.
I once received a pack of chickoos, on which there was fungus and very smartly it was packed upside down. I also once got a pack of yoghurt much beyond its expiry date. When you complain, they promptly give you a credit, you need to shop once more to use it up. It would be better if they gave a cash refund instead
