I have been facing a lot of issues with Big Basket lately. The quality of vegetables has been degrading continuously and every time I order something 2-3 items are missing.
Initially I ignored it thinking it to be a genuine mistake but now I feel it is being done deliberately as it has happened to me for the 6th time. Although they charge us for all the items but they skip delivering 3-4 items. When I questioned the delivery guys, they had no clue about it.
Some of my friends are also going through the same problem, hence I decided to put this review.I request everyone to thoroughly check if they have received all the items they ordered as sometimes we tend to ignore a few, ending up paying for stuff we don’t receive.
