Delivery Experience was very dissapointing

the delivery boy gave my pacel to someone else ?? and the worst thing is he also took payment from that man???? how can you take payment from anyone and give anyones parcel??????????

yes i mentioned that factory as my nearest landmark but?? it was kinda embarsing moment for me because when i reached the factory to take back my parcel that man who took my order had already torned the packet and They were going to eat my pasta in their breakfast???????????? How someone can be this much stupid
.Thank god i reached there on time ?? and i take my parcel back from them otherwise i have to Order again and Wait for literally 7 days again ????????????
