I first time use Bigbasket as it is one of the famous online app for grocery for day to day purchase . I was influenced by the advertisement shown on the TV and I was impressed by it so I tried. I ordered head&shoulder and 10 kg of flour on the app.The price of rice was little bit higher than the normal shops. They took 6 hours to deliver my order with extra delivery charge.
The quality of the flour was good but the head & shoulder which I received was not the same which I ordered. I contacted Bigbasket but they told the replacement is not possible for the product . so I personally will not recommend bigbasket for grocery purchase. I wasted a lot of time in waiting for the product instead I could purchase the same from the nearby local market shop.
