Apples were coated with a layer of gum, it smells delicious. Either the fruits are too raw or rotten or coated with gum.
If they cancel a product, you will not receive the entire amount. They will deduct something in the name of perishable products weight adjustment or will not reasons be given.
And if the delivery agent don’t bring the ordered products, they will mark it as returned by us and you will be charged returned fee.
The have worst impolite, useless customer care with ppl who either don’t understand the language or how they operate.
And a pathetic escalation team which will send you notifications stating, issue resolved which will never happen. (I asked to transfer my wallet amount to paytm(source). Which was partially happened and they hold my money for months.
Overall, they are the culprits who does fraud business with the customers which goes unnoticed most of the times. Only after I checked with few ppl, they realized that returns never paid completely
