I need the vegetables for last night. But BB cancelled the order and generated new order. On the new order BB decided that to delivery next day Night but not in the morning. And they charged for extra rs18 for my same invoice. I paid online and they asked extra Rs18 on delivery. I dont know why to pay.
I dont why they cancelled order. I dont know why generated new order with extra Rs18. I dont know how they decided delivery slot on next day night. I dont know with out offers and discounts why I am regularly purchasing on BB.
May be its useful for First time customers only, not for regular customer. They will not provide any discount for regular customers. Not at all satisfied. You can not say your reasons without our satisfaction.
