70% of the fruits and veggies are spoiled. Looks like freeze and packed few weeks before. They arragned a replacement after complaining. The replaced items are again spoiled. I decided not to waste tme again by calling them and listening to apologies. So I just dumped those veggis and stopped using bigbasket.
Please dont get carried away by seeing SRK in TV ad’s, like how I did. The company is a 3rd class standard. They dont look for repeated customers. They business strategy is temporary profit.
If you have to eat healthy please stay away from BigBasket.
