I have placed an order of about 700 Rupees . Everything was fine but when the delivery time come and I was waiting for the order to be delivered . I received a MESSAGE that your order has been cancelled .sorry for the inconvenience caused. Why they take order if they can not able to deliver it .most frustrating experience I ever had. I called to custmer care , they talked with me in such a manner that they really do not care that my order got cancelled. They were very unskilled person and they do not know how to talk with custmer . After this experience I am no going to buy any thing from BigBasket. Very unhappy.
